Responsibilities
- Work on a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters and be open to regulatory work, including corporate defence, prosecutions, and negotiation of sanctions.
- Advisory work across energy, waste, chemicals, etc., and involvement in projects including landfill, renewable energy, and contaminated land.
- Provide high-quality service to a renowned client base, including commercial clients and FTSE 100/250 clients.
- Fee earn and focus on delivering exceptional client service; no requirement for business development due to the practice’s strong reputation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience advising and representing commercial clients and FTSE 100/250 clients.
- Ability to contribute at a senior level within a boutique practice; openness to senior solicitor or partner-level candidates for succession planning.
