Job description

One of our Essex clients are currently looking for an EHO or Food Safety Officer to join them on an interim basis to help them with their low risk Food Hygiene Inspections.

Duty

• Looking up the history of the premises
• Food Hygiene Inspections
• Inspection report
• Letter write-up if applicable
• Paperwork can then be sent back to the client via email or dropped off at the council office

Requirement

• BSc or MSc in Environmental Health or Higher Certificate in Food Control
• EHRB or CIEH registered
• Up-to-date competency framework
• 20 hours CPD (minimum 10 hours core in Food)

Package

• £50 per hour or £75 per inspection
• Flexible working days
• Umbrella or LTD payment arrangements
• 3 months + contract
