Join us at Asda and help shape the future of our test environment strategy! We're looking for a passionate Environment Manager to lead a high-impact function that underpins delivery across our fast-paced retail business.

You'll drive the environment strategy, working closely with platform owners, stakeholders, and a talented team of associate managers. From provisioning and governance to tooling and cost control, you'll ensure our End to End environments are fit for purpose, stable, and ready to support testing across multiple integrated products.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and evolve Asda's environment strategy and standards
  • Coach and line manage a growing team of associate environment managers
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure environment availability, suitability, and cost-efficiency
  • Drive tooling, monitoring, and governance improvements
  • Be the go-to for environment-related escalations and updates

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience managing complex test environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall lifecycles
  • Experience with cloud provisioning (ideally Azure)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and mentoring skills
