The Role

We\'re looking for an experienced HSE Manager to oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple sites in the UK. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you\'ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing robust HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
  • Ensuring full legal compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Conducting risk assessments, audits, and accident investigations to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Leading and fostering a strong safety culture through training and engagement initiatives.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies.
About You

The ideal candidate will have extensive health and safety experience, preferably within the logistics, transport, or a similar multi-site sector. You should possess:

  • A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Expert knowledge of UK HSE legislation.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to travel between sites.
