What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conduct research and map talent across hedge fund and trading firm technology teams, including software engineering, data engineering, and quant development
  • Source, screen, and engage high-calibre technology professionals
  • Build and maintain detailed talent pipelines and market intelligence
  • Support end-to-end search processes, including candidate preparation and interview coordination
  • Work closely with the Head of Technology and senior consultants on live mandates
  • Develop a strong understanding of technology trends within hedge funds and trading firms
Who You Are
  • Strong academic background: degrees in finance, computer science, engineering, or related disciplines are advantageous
  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, and research is desirable
  • Exceptionally organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships quickly
  • Curious about technology and motivated to specialise in the hedge fund and trading space
