Overview

We\'re looking for a Complaints Investigator to join our team in Witney, Oxfordshire. In this role, you will use your analytical skills to investigate and solve complex product issues. What You\'ll Do
  • Investigate Product Issues: You\'ll be responsible for meticulously investigating customer-returned medical devices to identify the root cause of any issues.
  • Identify Trends: Using our advanced computer systems, you\'ll analyse data to uncover trends and patterns in product complaints, helping us proactively prevent future problems.
  • Improve Processes: You\'ll play an active role in enhancing procedures and increasing efficiency to support our quality control efforts.
  • Collaborate Globally: You\'ll work with colleagues around the world, sharing insights and collaborating to achieve team goals.
  • Drive Problem-Solving: Your analytical mindset will be key to spotting trends in complaints and bringing them to management\'s attention for further investigation.
What We\'re Looking For
