Purpose of the Role

The Enterprise Partner Development Director is responsible for building, leading, and operationalizing a highly selective strategic partner ecosystem focused exclusively on enterprise new logo acquisition across the UK, Western Europe, and Global Strategic Accounts.

This role will drive influence-based selling through top-tier advisory consultancies and WMS/OMS/ERP technology vendors, ensuring nShift is inserted early into digital transformation programs, fulfilment redesigns, and enterprise architecture decisions ahead of formal RFP processes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-led operator with deep experience in enterprise ecosystems, capable of accelerating revenue performance through partner influence.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Enterprise Ecosystem Leadership
  • Primarily drive new enterprise business bookings in collaboration with our enterprise sellers.
  • Establish and grow strategic relationships with a targeted portfolio of global advisory firms and supply chain consulting partners, including Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, Capgemini, BearingPoint, McKinsey, and others.
  • Build strong alliances with WMS/OMS/ERP vendors and integrators, including Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM/S4 consultancies, Oracle, Shopify Plus, Fluent Commerce, and related partners.
  • Ensure nShift is embedded within enterprise technology stacks, partner roadmaps, and transformation methodologies.
  • Create co-sell alignment between the partner ecosystem and nShift enterprise sales teams.
  • Maintain an exclusive focus on enterprise, with no involvement in mid-market partner or reseller programs.
Operational Excellence
  • Develop a partner influence matrix across nShift’s top 200 enterprise target accounts.
  • Become the central intelligence source supporting enterprise account penetration and-stage opportunity discovery.
  • Run a structured partner door-opener program providing warm introductions to senior enterprise stakeholders within supply chain, digital transformation, operations, and eCommerce.
  • Facilitate early-stage validation sessions prior to RFP or vendor evaluations.
  • Lead a monthly Partner Council, exchanging market intelligence, aligning GTM messaging, and reviewing early-stage opportunities with top partners.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
  • Partner closely with enterprise sales, marketing, and solution consulting teams to activate joint go-to-market motions.
  • Share insights from partners on enterprise architecture trends, transformation programs, emerging technology shifts.
  • Develop and deliver narratives, case studies, and value positioning tailored to strategic partners.
Strategic Contribution
  • Build a scalable ecosystem operating model that delivers consistent partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Translate company goals into actionable partner strategies that accelerate:
  • Contribute to strategic planning on account prioritization, partner selection, resource allocation, and long-term partner strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstrable success in building enterprise partner ecosystems, alliances, or SI/WMS/ERP partnerships.
  • Deep experience in influencing enterprise-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong network and relationships across advisory firms, supply chain consultancies, and enterprise technology vendors.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level and senior transformation leaders.
  • Background in supply chain, eCommerce, logistics tech, ERP/WMS/OMS, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment.
