Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR)

We are hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads, driving new business opportunities across the EMEA region. Your role focuses on building relationships with senior decision‑makers in global enterprises through intent‑based, high‑quality and personalised outreach, and supporting the modernisation of our global demand‑generation engine powered by next‑generation AI tooling.

  • Act as an Intelligent Change Management (ICM) advisor to help audiences understand new, intelligent ways to manage SAP change.
  • Identify and research key decision‑makers within target accounts using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and Salesforce.
  • Conduct personalised, intent‑based outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, and follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Qualify leads using a structured framework (e.g., MEDPICC) before passing them to Sales for progression.
  • Document all activities, insights, and engagement details within Salesforce.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on messaging, account targeting, and campaign strategy.
  • Focus on quality conversations and high‑value interactions that result in qualified Sales Qualified Accounts (SQAs aka meetings booked) and pipeline generation.
  • Stay informed on SAP ecosystem developments, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning with the Enterprise BDR Team Lead.
Qualifications & Skills
  • BDR or Inside Sales experience, selling B2B SaaS or Enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in global enterprises through tailored outreach.
  • Proven success in complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Business‑level fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Persistent and resilient mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a start‑up or scale‑up environment with curiosity and pro‑activity.
  • Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn).
