A leading retail company in the UK is looking for an Enterprise Architect to focus on delivering customer-centric outcomes and leading architectural resources. In this role, you'll decide on strategic technology choices, set target architectures, and ensure alignment between architectural and business priorities. To excel, candidates should demonstrate enterprise architecture expertise, a strong knowledge of frameworks, and the ability to deliver digital transformation at scale, all while fostering strong partnerships across the organization.
As an Enterprise Architect for Service Management, you will be a thoughtful and technical leader focused on delivering customer‑centric outcomes, leveraging the M&S service management and Digital & Tech technologies. You will lead and mentor architectural resources to achieve business goals, develop and own Enterprise Architecture roadmaps and apply industry best practices to support strategic objectives. Collaborating with senior partners, Engineers and across product tribes, you will ensure alignment of architectural, business, product, and technical priorities.
