This very good secondary school, based in Maidstone, Kent, are looking for a teacher of English to start in November 2025. This role will ideally be filled on a long-term temporary basis initially to Christmas.

This secondary academy has a good English department and regularly produces good results. They are currently looking for an experienced teacher or an ECT to compliment the current team and add new ideas. The successful teacher will initially be give plans to work from and deliver in class.

This school is accessible both by car and public transport with ample parking for those choosing to drive. Resources and facilities at this school are very good and a wealth of support will be provided by senior leadership and by colleagues in the department.

In order to be considered for this English Teacher role you must have :

• A good understanding of the English curriculum at KS3 and KS4
