We're seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Team Leader to join their close-knit, high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is looking to be part of a forward-thinking company investing heavily in the future of production technology.

Duties
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across projects.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues within systems or processes and implement corrective actions.
  • Responsible for the continual development of the shift engineering team through the active management of and development of team talent, through effective 1:1's, performance reviews and associate training and development programs.
  • To proactively manage to ensure that a safe working environment exists for all associates in the factory and that as a minimum the operation meets the standards set out in the company Health and Safety policy.
Requirements
  • Maintenance experience within the FMCG/Manufacturing - desirable
  • Multi skilled with an electrical bias
  • Relevant Electrical qualifications
  • Understanding of H&S
  • Forward-thinking with CI exposure
