Engineering Supervisor (Multi Skilled) – Seaham, County Durham

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to support our growing team. You'll play a vital role in leading maintenance operations, driving continuous improvement, and supporting innovation across our production site.

What you’ll do:

Lead and support fault diagnosis, PPM, and reactive repairs

Drive process efficiency, automation, and CI initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and step in as deputy to the Engineering Manager

Maintain engineering documentation and ensure CMMS compliance

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team

What we’re looking for:

HNC or equivalent in a multi-discipline engineering field

5+ years’ post-apprenticeship experience

Strong fault-finding and CMMS knowledge

Proven management skills and a solutions-focused mindset

Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural manufacturing environment
