Roles/Responsibilities

• Mixture of hands on and hands off engineering
• Overseeing a team of 14 engineers across a continental shift pattern
• Coaching and development of engineering staff, identifying training opportunities
• Identifying improvements and efficiencies on machinery and being involved in project work

What We’re Looking For

• Multi‑skilled engineering background
• Experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader or Maintenance Supervisor
• Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
