A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an Engineering Supervisor in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in manufacturing, leading a team of up to 5 engineers. Responsibilities include Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPMs) and supporting team development. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 and opportunities for career progression.

We are working with a market leading manufacturing company based just outside of Bristol looking for an engineering supervisor currently. They are open to people with previous lead experience or people stepping up into a more senior role.
The main roles and responsibilities will be working on PPMs and breakdowns on manufacturing machinery on site. You will be leading a team of up to 5, and reporting into the maintenance and engineering manager. As a business they are looking to employ candidates who aspire to develop and progress themselves whether that's skillset development or leadership progression - this will be supported internally.
