Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an engineering environment.
• Time served apprenticeship required in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Experience in Food / FMCG / Pharma industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide both Reactive & PPM maintenance.
• Work on a variety of machinery.
• Involve in facilities work.
• Perform fault finding both Electrical & Mechanical.

Engineering Shift Supervisor (Electrical Bias)

Wrexham

4 on, 4 off (12-hour Days & Nights)

Salary: 53,300

We are looking for a motivated Engineering Shift Supervisor to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the maintenance manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

• Supervising a team of engineers on shift
• Providing both Reactive & PPM maintenance
