As the business continues to invest and grow, they are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to take ownership of major capital projects - ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of site-based capital projects, from scoping through to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource needs.
  • Develop and manage communication and reporting plans for stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines effectively.
  • Track progress, monitor risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure projects comply with all health & safety and food safety regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and solutions.
  • Implement and manage change to achieve project outcomes.
  • Lead quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes and identify improvements.
  • Support and collaborate with wider project teams and business units.
  • Flexibility to travel to other sites as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree educated or similar - with a strong technical background.
  • Ideally Project Management Qualification or similar (e.g. PRINCE2)
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale capital projects (>£1M budget).
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
  • Experience managing projects across multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
