Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering programs across product development, automation, and process improvement.
- Collaborate across business units—including engineering, production, and operations—to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, keeping initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.
- Deliver clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders, including executive reporting and cross-functional communication.
- Contribute to scaling the business by developing repeatable processes, tools, and methodologies that improve execution and delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and incorporating them into future project planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (or related discipline).
- Proven experience leading technical programs from early concept through new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up.
- Strong project management skills: planning, execution, resource coordination, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, balancing input from leadership, customers, and suppliers.
- Technical problem-solving skills, including the ability to debug and resolve complex engineering issues.
- Experience creating detailed project plans, tracking progress vs. milestones, and reporting KPIs.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a drive for process innovation and operational excellence.
