Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering programs across product development, automation, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate across business units—including engineering, production, and operations—to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, keeping initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.
  • Deliver clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders, including executive reporting and cross-functional communication.
  • Contribute to scaling the business by developing repeatable processes, tools, and methodologies that improve execution and delivery.
  • Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and incorporating them into future project planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Proven experience leading technical programs from early concept through new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up.
  • Strong project management skills: planning, execution, resource coordination, and risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, balancing input from leadership, customers, and suppliers.
  • Technical problem-solving skills, including the ability to debug and resolve complex engineering issues.
  • Experience creating detailed project plans, tracking progress vs. milestones, and reporting KPIs.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a drive for process innovation and operational excellence.
