We’re searching for a Skopje-based Engineering Manager to join our R&D Engineering team, so that we can strengthen the operational performance, compliance maturity, and reliability of our engineering platforms. The Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust, scalable solutions that align with business objectives and contribute to RLDatix’s mission of safer, better healthcare for all.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
  • Coordinatedaily engineering operations to ensure effective team performance, policy compliance, and continuous improvement in workflow efficiency.
  • Analyseoperational and technical data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and drive informed process optimization decisions.
  • Diagnoseand resolve complex engineering issues across software, infrastructure, and data environments, ensuring system reliability and performance stability.
  • Drivedelivery excellence by implementing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable engineering practices that enhance quality and speed.
  • Collaboratewith product and business stakeholders to align engineering efforts with strategic organizational goals.
  • Implementobservability and monitoring frameworks that enhance visibility, detect anomalies early, and improve incident response time.
  • Mentorteam members, developing both technical and leadership capability while fostering an inclusive and learning-driven culture.
  • Adaptto ambiguity by translating evolving business needs into flexible technical solutions and agile implementation plans.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-disciplinary engineering teams, defining clear operational metrics, and delivering high-quality, scalable technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using structured troubleshooting and analytical methods.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining observability, monitoring, and alerting systems for proactive incident detection and system reliability.
  • Strong capability to navigate ambiguous requirements, adapting solutions responsively as priorities evolve.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automated deployment workflows to enable efficient and repeatable delivery.
  • Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Data, Security) to align technical strategy with business outcomes.
