Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering manager role in a large scale manufacturing plant.
• First class project & change management experience managing portfolios above £1 million.
• Experience in managing regulatory compliance and NEBOSH or equivalent trained.

• Lead the site engineering team responsible for maintenance in a 24/7 operation.
• Accountable for asset availability and maintenance budget over £1 million.
• Support delivery of capital plans and manage individual capital investment cases.
