We’re looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to shape and execute a robust maintenance strategy while overseeing key capital investment projects. In this role, you’ll lead a team of multi-disciplined engineers, fostering a collaborative culture that drives efficiency and continuous improvement.

As a key leader in the business, you’ll manage both day-to-day engineering operations and longer-term CAPEX initiatives, ensuring investments align with business objectives and deliver tangible improvements. You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on, capable of inspiring your team while rolling up your sleeves when necessary.

We are seeking someone with a strong track record in FMCG, food, or drink manufacturing, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
