Software Engineer – Hounslow

• You will create cloud applications, collaborate with UX designers in agile teams, and develop mobile applications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree qualified in Software Engineering, Computer science or similar
• Excellent understanding of networking (building connected applications)
• Excellent understanding of object oriented design and design patterns (e.g. SOLID)
• Full stack UI / UX design and development experience e.g. node.js, ReactJS, Bootstrap
• Use of JavaScript and at least one current JavaScript framework in a commercial setting
• Experience with creating app business logic with JavaScript
• Ability to express mobile app UX in HTML and CSS3
• Experience in a variety of development languages including Go, Python, C, JavaScript and Java
• High disciplined approach to version control (Git, Stash, SVN or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.)

Mandatory Skills

• Developed (or contributed to the development of) at least one mobile application that is publicly available through a mobile application store
• Commercial experience (you are or have been a professional software developer)
• Worked within a genuinely agile development environment
