  • Follow defence-sector specific requirements including component traceability.
  • Evaluate components to determine fitness for purpose.
  • Record additional Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements.
  • Rebuild and test products to specification.
  • Report faults and follow guidance from the Workshop Supervisor.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Adhere to health & safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Accurately record job activities daily.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assess and strip down products in line with internal work instructions.

  • Follow all defence-sector specific requirements, including component traceability and detailed strip & survey reporting.

  • Evaluate components to determine fitness for purpose.

  • Record additional Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements and maintain accurate job documentation.

  • Rebuild and test products to original equipment or military specification.

  • Report faults and follow guidance from the Workshop Supervisor.

  • Maintain high standards of workmanship while working efficiently.

  • Adhere strictly to health & safety, quality, and operational procedures.

  • Accurately record job activities daily using the internal ERP system.
