Job summary

A growing education technology company based in Harrogate is seeking a part-time Operations and Engagement Coordinator. This role involves a variety of tasks including administrative support, CRM management, and community engagement with schools. Successful candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, and IT literacy, with experience in social media content being advantageous. The position offers a fixed-term contract with potential for extension, flexible hybrid working, and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong IT literacy is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across the business.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and currency.
  • Assist with scheduling school training and catch-up calls.
  • Support content development for the new KS2 and KS3 curricula.
  • Create and format new resources such as worksheets and certificates.
  • Respond to teacher enquiries via email or video call.
  • Help onboard new schools with basic online training sessions.
  • Monitor schools site usage and provide email support to teachers.
  • Proactively recruit new schools to use the companys resources.
  • Support social media content creation and scheduling.
  • Assist with email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Contribute ideas for content and events to build community.
  • Attend selected education conferences.
