Job Responsibilities
  • Lead 1–3 key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring sustained YoY growth
  • Own and drive the Value Creed (VC) Account Plan and client strategy, delivering on revenue, satisfaction, and growth metrics
  • Develop and maintain deep client relationships, including a multi-year vision and execution roadmap
  • Build trusted partnerships with CXOs and senior stakeholders beyond IT, including through thought leadership, marketing initiatives, and strategic engagements
  • Shape high-value proposals and negotiate client agreements that drive mutual success
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual booking targets; ensure financial goals and delivery expectations are aligned
  • Collaborate with VC delivery teams to ensure excellence in project execution and client satisfaction
  • Accurately manage opportunities in the CRM pipeline for visibility, forecasting, and cross-selling
  • Maintain strong knowledge of VC’s go-to-market offerings, solutions, and industry trends
  • Promote cross-selling across VC’s services, solutions, and horizontal capabilities
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, best practices, and the broader VC Growth Community
