Role Requirements

Experience: 3+ PQE in Oil & Gas, with exposure to upstream operations, service sector contracts, or transactional work.

• Assist partners on operational contracts, field development agreements and M&A matters.
• Advise service sector clients on drilling, EPC, offshore construction and regulatory contracts.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships.
