Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As an Endoscopy Practitioner (ODP or RN) at our hospital you’ll be focused, detail‑oriented, empathetic with great communication, registered with the appropriate governing body and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration including NMC or HCPC, with post‑registration experience in an endoscopy environment.

Shrewsbury hospital ranked as Good in the last CQC inspection is purpose built and well equipped with 30 en‑suite bedrooms, 3 operating theatres, an endoscopy suite, an Ambulatory Care Unit and a busy outpatients department which includes physiotherapy and diagnostic imaging. Our diagnostic provision includes X‑ray, Ultrasound, MRI and CT facilities.
We offer the most up to date surgical treatments combined with a warm welcome and a professional and caring service from our matron‑led nursing team. We specialise in the areas of orthopaedics, ophthalmology, cosmetic surgery and women’s health but also undertake general surgery, urology and interventions for chronic pain management.
