A growing international business in Oxford is seeking an IT End User Support Specialist to provide high-quality support to stakeholders for IT-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, acting as a contact point for IT support. Candidates should have experience with SCCM, networks, and O365. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits including a pension plan and 25 days of holiday.
We are on the hunt for a skilled and passionate End User Support specialist to join a growing international business providing support to stakeholders across the business for IT related issues. This role will enable users to take full advantage of the Hardware, Software, Applications, and Devices available to them to support business goals while providing a top tier experience for the end users.
This is an on-site role working 37hrs per week, with a half day on Fridays finishing at lunch time.
