A well-established Sheffield business is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead their end-to-end supply chain functions. The role includes overseeing purchasing, production planning, and customer service teams. Qualifications

• Experience in at least two of the following: Purchasing, Production Planning, or Customer Service.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Solid purchasing and supply chain management experience.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing of raw materials and subcontract manufacturing.
• Lead continuous improvement of sales and operations planning processes.
• Manage finished goods inventory, invoicing, and traceability.
• Provide departmental cover during absence.
• Support international customers across multiple regions.
