• Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex care is preferred.
• Enthusiastic and compassionate nature is required.
• Ability to work both alone and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to the people we support.
• Promote the health and well-being of the people we support.
• General housekeeping duties including shopping and domestic tasks.
• Complete a range of records and documents as required.
• Work with individuals on a one-to-one basis.
