This is a full-time, Monday to Friday (9-5) outreach role, based in the community. You'll typically cover 1-2 boroughs, working face-to-face with clients and partners. There may be the odd home working day, but this is not fixed.

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with MSK and related health conditions to return to, remain in, or find employment.

  • Collaborate with NHS clinicians, employers, and referral partners.
  • Help participants to build confidence, manage their health, and sustain employment.

  • Strong case management and coaching skills.
  • Confidence working with health professionals and employers.
  • Experience in a challenging role supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals, while working to performance targets yourself and managing your own wellbeing.
  • Your experience should show that you've achieved and sustained targets in a role over time. Roles based in West & North London.
