Responsibilities

  • Expertise in advising both employers and employees on a broad range of employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals and redundancy, TUPE and restructuring, and Employment Tribunal litigation.
  • Proficiency in drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
  • Proven ability to manage your own caseload and contribute to the continued growth of our employment law offering in the region.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills to build lasting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for business development and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
