A leading legal firm in Leeds is looking for an Employment Solicitor to manage a caseload and advise clients on settlement agreements. This hybrid role offers flexible working after the probationary period, emphasizing client care and effective communication. Candidates should have 6+ months of relevant experience and a current Practising Certificate. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
We are currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor to be based at our Duke House office in Leeds city centre.
This is a hybrid role working three days from the office and two days from home, following completion of the successful candidate’s probationary period. The role will mainly involve managing a caseload of employment matters and advising clients in relation to settlement agreements under the supervision of a Partner.
The role is likely of interest to Employment Solicitors that are NQ – 3 years PQE with experience of employment claimant work and with good knowledge of the employment tribunal process.
The successful applicant will be organised and methodical. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to work quickly and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met and our excellent client care standards are maintained. They will also be friendly, professional and able to explain technical legal detail with clear and confident communication, both verbally and in writing.
