This hire is driven by increased client demand across advisory, tribunal, and corporate support work, allowing successful individuals to build their practice, influence key workstreams, and progress their careers.

The Opportunity

Join a growing Employment team based in Scotland, working on a broad remit spanning contentious and non-contentious employment law. Seniority-dependent reporting line into either the Employment Partner or Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and commercial employment documentation
  • Support corporate transactions (TUPE, due diligence, restructuring)
  • Deliver commercially focused, client-led solutions
About You
  • NQ to Senior Associate level candidates considered
  • Strong technical grounding in contentious or non-contentious employment law (or both)
  • Client-ready mindset with an interest in developing within a growing team
  • Seniors: ambition to lead workstreams, supervise juniors, or support business development
