The role includes providing expert employment advice, handling both contentious and non-contentious work, and training management. What will you do?
  • Give a full range of good quality respondent employment advice to employers to include:
  • A mixture of contentious & non contentious work
  • Employment Tribunal Work, Equality & Discrimination
  • Unfair/Wrongful Dismissal Disciplinary & Grievance
  • TUPE, Maternity & Paternity and Redundancy
  • Settlement Agreements
  • Give employment law training to managers and HR teams to ensure that they have a good working knowledge of their employment law obligations and can apply this knowledge in the workplace
  • Co-Counsel with London firms on exciting & complex matters
What will you need?
  • At least 4 years’ experience as an employment solicitor or legal executive
  • Employment experience
  • Ideally your experience should be from a respondent background, but this is not essential
