We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking a Solicitor to join their Employment law practice within their Edinburgh office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a renowned Employment team, advising clients on a diverse range of employment relations advice, litigation, and transactional support. The candidate’s duties will include advising clients on day-to-day queries, defending WRC claims made against employers, providing transactional support, and advising employers on all aspects of industrial action.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting high-profile clients through all aspects of employment law matters, providing business critical advice to the firm’s national client base. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

  • 1-3 PQE;
  • Strong background in employment law matters within a medium to large commercial firm;
  • Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
