A leading law firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Employment Associate with at least 5 years of PQE. The ideal candidate will have experience from a highly-regarded employment team, managing client relationships, and supervising junior associates. This role involves both contentious and non-contentious employment law, with a focus on providing a broad client base the opportunity to advance their legal work. An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset is encouraged in this dynamic environment.
One of the top Employment practices in London, a growing, dynamic team with strength and depth in the full range of employment work for both employers and employees, our client would like to recruit an experienced employment associate, with at least 5 years' PQE.
The employment partners are looking for experience gained within another highly-regarded London or major regional employment team and are happy to consider an individual coming from an employer or an employee-focused practice who would like the opportunity to work with a broader client base moving forward. Each associate is able to undertake abroad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law, working alongside various partners across the group. Corporate support tends only to be a small amount of the work as the employment team has such a strong standalone employment practice.
As a senior lawyer in the team, the individual who takes this role will supervise junior associates, manage client relationships and engage in networking activities, something which the partners encourage all associates to do. Lawyers with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset do very well in the team.
