Qualifications

• Pre-existing vetting clearance is preferable.
• Previous Employment Paralegal experience is preferable.
• Ability to work under tight timescales.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims.
• Attend Employment Tribunal hearings to take notes/support clients.
• Assist with the disclosure process and prepare bundles.
• Draft Tribunal documentation including responses to claims.
• Assist with billing and report on Management Information.
