Are you an experienced Employment Law Legal Assistant or Paralegal ready for a new challenge with a respected Legal 500 firm? Responsibilities
  • Providing general support to the Employment team, including court bundles, documentation, and dictations
  • Opening, closing, and maintaining client files within ALB
  • Managing client billing and invoice processing
  • Taking initial client instructions and onboarding clients onto ALB
  • Sending client care letters and handling ID checks
  • Answering overflow calls and supporting client queries
  • Tracking new enquiries and monitoring upcoming hearings
  • Researching and coordinating attendance at local networking events
  • Assisting with business development research and planning
  • Organising internal training topics and tracking attendance
  • Providing reception cover when needed
  • Managing banking duties and handling incoming/outgoing post
  • Supporting daily office operations and performing general admin tasks
  • Undertaking additional duties to ensure the efficient running of the Employment department
