Job summary

A niche employment law practice in the UK invites an experienced employment lawyer to join their team. With a minimum of 5 years PQE, you will support both employer and individual clients on various employment law matters, including contentious cases in court and advisory roles regarding exit packages. This fully remote role offers a great work environment and an excellent benefits package, including a lucrative bonus scheme. Full-time is preferred, though 4-day work weeks may be considered.

Job description

A niche employment law practice are seeking a talented employment lawyer to join them.

The firm advise on a full range of employment law matters advising both employer and individual clients. They act on contentious matters in the Employment Tribunal and the High Court as well as advising on non-contentious matters including advising senior executives on exit packages.

Due to expansion the firm are seeking an experienced employment lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE. Employment lawyers with up to 15 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will work fully-remotely and an excellent benefits package is on offer including a lucrative bonus scheme.

Full-time is preferred but 4 days a week would also be considered.
