Job summary

A legal recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to support a public sector organization remotely. This role requires knowledge of employment law, specifically in TUPE, redundancy, and discrimination cases. About the Employment Lawyer Role

Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with a fantastic public sector organisation in the East of England who are looking to recruit an employment lawyer on an initial 3-6 month basis.

Key Responsibilities of the Employment Lawyer role
  • Providing support and advice to HR Department on employment-related matters including TUPE, Redundancy, Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, and Maternity
  • Preparing Employment Tribunal cases for Claimant and Respondent to tight deadlines and providing representation at the Hearing

The role will be a remote working arrangement.

We would be extremely interested in hearing from candidates with a public sector background.
