Employment Lawyer, 3+ Years PQE, Locum Opportunity, Bristol / Hybrid, £Competitive (DOE) - This locum assignment offers a dynamic alternative path for legal professionals seeking intellectually stimulating work with real impact—focusing on high-profile, sensitive, and complex workplace investigations. JOB REF: 0716

THE ROLE:
• An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer looking to step away from the traditional advisory role and into a specialist workplace investigator position within a prestigious Top 50 UK law firm.
• You will join a growing team dedicated to conducting independent, high-quality investigations into a range of employment issues including disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination and harassment complaints, whistleblowing allegations and misconduct involving senior personnel
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure investigations are handled with utmost confidentiality, integrity, and legal rigour.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE specialising in employment law
• Applications are also welcomed from senior HR professional with a robust, practical knowledge of employment legislation and complex workplace processes
• You will have proven experience dealing with sensitive employment matters and engaging with senior leadership
• Strong understanding of ACAS Codes, employment policies, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead or advise on workplace investigations
