A modern and forward-thinking legal practice is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Employment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional looking to work on a varied and contentious caseload while providing commercial and practical HR and employment law advice to clients.
Handle a diverse Employment Tribunal caseload (approximately 2530% of the role, predominantly Respondent defence).
Provide HR and employment law advice to a portfolio of retained business clients (approximately 2025 clients), including SMEs, independent schools, care homes, and professional practices.
Support clients through bespoke documentation, on-site attendances, co‑chairing employee hearings, and delivering HR training to managers.
Occasional travel to client premises is required (full driving license and own vehicle essential).
3 to 5 years PQE in Employment Law, with proven experience managing a varied tribunal caseload.
Experience providing HR and employment law advice to employers.
Previous experience advising professional sector clients and delivering HR training is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent organisational, written, and IT skills; proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with case management systems desirable.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, commercial mindset, and excellent client service skills.
