Milton Keynes Community Mental Health Hubare seeking an exceptional clinician to join our established Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Employment team, providing strong clinical leadership. The post holder will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of a high-quality IPS service that is embedded into community pathways, adheres to the IPS principles and aligns to the fidelity quality framework. The successful candidate will be an experienced clinical leader with the ability to motivate and inspire others to ensure the strategic ambitions outlined in the NHS Long Term plan are achieved in Milton Keynes. They will have a proven track record of providing exceptional care to service users and carers while supporting staff to deliver an excellent service. An important aspect of the role will be to champion the IPS approach within the Community pathways and provide supervision, training and on the job mentoring to incite creativity and motivation within the team whilst remaining committed to the fidelity of the model. Strong analytical and decision-making skills will be essential. This is a new role within the IPS team and Senior Management team, and we are dedicated to finding the right person to support the team. There will be occasions when this role will be asked to support Hub Duty but they will not be expected to be a formal part of Duty rota.
