Are you an experienced Employment Law Solicitor looking to move away from the usual big law firms and seek a more innovative environment? We're hiring on behalf of a leading commercial law firm for a Solicitor with 3-7 years' PQE in employment law.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm established by ex-international law firm Partners, working with top-tier clients, but with a more forward-thinking, people-first approach. The employment law team is in its early stages, offering you the chance to shape its growth. The firm is known for its supportive culture and diverse client base, ranging from start-ups to established national and international companies.

As part of this employment law team, you'll handle a variety of advisory and contentious employment law matters for a diverse client base, including senior executives.

The ideal candidate will be:

  1. Between 3-7 years PQE, UK qualified
  2. Experienced in a range of employment law matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work
  3. Familiar with some corporate support matters
  4. Keen to engage in business development

The firm offers both part-time and full-time positions, with flexible working arrangements. Most staff work in the office twice a week, but there is no strict requirement. The package includes a competitive salary, low chargeable hours target (1150 hours), and a bonus scheme.
