Job summary

A well-established charity in Greater London is seeking 4 Employment Advisors to join their expanding team. This position offers the chance to work in the community, supporting individuals with health conditions or disabilities back into employment. Successful candidates will be trained as IPS Employment Specialists, managing a caseload while collaborating with local employers. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those with at least 12 months of experience in similar roles.

Qualifications

Overview

We’ve placed a lot of people here over the years, and they genuinely love it. It’s a large, well‑established charity where careers really grow.

They’ve just launched a brand‑new, long‑term funded contract and are now seeking 4 Employment Advisors to join their expanding team in either Hillingdon.

Role & Responsibilities

You’ll be trained to become an IPS Employment Specialist, working in the community to support people with health conditions or disabilities back into employment. Rather than being office‑based, you’ll hot‑desk across various partner sites, such as Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts, with all travel paid (except your normal commute from home to your first and last location of the day).

You’ll typically manage a caseload of around 25 participants, providing tailored employment support and working closely with employers to create the right opportunities.

Typical locations include: Uxbridge Job Centre, Hillingdon Civic Centre, and Hillingdon Hospital.

Full training is provided through a mix of online learning, shadowing experienced colleagues, and hands‑on guidance from your Team Leader in the community.

Qualifications
