A leading employability and health services provider is seeking an Employment Adviser in Weston-super-Mare. This role involves providing guidance and support to participants in overcoming barriers to employment. Ideal candidates should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to motivate and support clients, and knowledge of the local labor market. A competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum is offered, along with substantial benefits including annual leave, volunteer days, and a pension plan.

We’re currently recruiting for an Employment Adviser to join our amazing team. You will provide advice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals.
You’ll manage a caseload of participants, guiding their journey to employment. Be their coach and mentor and be the principle highly trusted contact to build strong positive relationships, guide, motivate, challenge, encourage and help customers obtain sustainable employment.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target driven as well as a motivational adviser. You’ll have a high level of initiative and motivation with the ability to seek out solutions to problems, and be able to work under pressure, without day to day supervision. We’re looking for someone who can provide a first class customer service, driven by our overarching aim to empower lives and improve communities.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience) with great additional benefits:

Location: Weston Super Mare
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm
