Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Employability Director, you'll be responsible for all employer brand and talent attraction activity for Boots UK, Boots Opticians and No7 Beauty Company, utilising multiple recruitment marketing channels to attract the best talent to the business and promote Boots as an employer of choice. You'll be leading on employer brand strategy and co-ordinating recruitment marketing activities to support business needs, in addition to leading a team of Employer Brand Specialists who are responsible for social media management & campaigns, design & content creation, and website & digital projects.
This role sits within our dynamic People function which has a variety of HR specialist teams from Recruitment to Reward, Learning & Developing to HR Partnering and much more.
