Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple cases across key policies.
  • Ability to educate and coach others.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employee relations processes and procedures.
  • Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied portfolio of ER cases.
  • Supporting and coaching Managers for resolving people-related issues.
  • Contributing to the development of people policies and procedures.
  • Identifying solutions to minimize risk and implement efficiencies.
  • Promoting positive relationships across the business.
