A digital bank is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to support the delivery of a specialist Employee Relations service. The successful candidate will assist with compliance, investigations, and employee training in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess strong employee relations skills and ideally, experience within financial services. The role offers a flexible working environment with a focus on growth and development alongside competitive benefits and values-driven culture.
Location & hybrid working : We're open to the successful candidate being based from either London, Cardiff or Manchester. All Starling colleagues spend a minimum of 10 days per month in the office with flexibility to work the rest from home.

We are looking for an Employee Relations Partner, ideally with some financial services exposure, to support the delivery of a specialist Employee Relations service to the bank.
