A leading organization in South Manchester is seeking an Employee Relations Investigator for a 12–18 month fixed term contract. This role involves conducting impartial investigations into workplace issues such as misconduct and grievances, ensuring fair outcomes in line with employment law. The position offers a salary of circa £50,000, with office-based work four days a week and one day working from home. Qualifications

  • Solid experience in Employee Relations, ideally with exposure to investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills, capable of building rapport.
